ARIZONA ATTRACTIONS

Sedona and the Grand Canyon are the major tourist attractions in Arizona but we feel that Scottsdale, on the outskirts of Phoenix, makes the perfect base to explore the Sonoran Desert and all that this great state has to offer.

British Airways fly direct to Phoenix from Heathrow and we offer a fantastic range of accommodation options in the Scottsdale area, all within a 30 minute drive from Phoenix Airport.

Apart from day trips, or overnights, to Sedona and the Grand Canyon, the area boasts a wide range of activities and attractions, including Native American sites and museums, art galleries, the Botanical Gardens and much more.

SCOTTSDALE

Scottsdale itself is a marvel of modern architecture with it’s South West and Native American influence. For those interested in architecture, Taliesin West, home of famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright is worth a visit.

Needless to say there are plenty of dining and shopping options as you would expect for a modern tourist destination or you can simply relax in one of our upscale spa resorts.

Come with us to find out whether that’s true on the Bulldog Canyon trail, which winds through the Sonoran Desert, offering panoramic views of the Superstition Mountains. The land in this part of Arizona is wild and untamed, but rugged landscape is no problem when you’re in the backseat of a Hummer H1’

SEDONA

It’s been recognised as the most beautiful place in America and when you first set eyes on the spectacular red rock formations it is easy to see why. Take a look at our Sedona page for more details.

THE GRAND CANYON

Drive on past Sedona another couple of hours and you come to an attraction that needs little introduction. A 3-4 hour drive makes for a long day trip to the Grand Canyon but we can offer accommodation in the area if you want an overnight or short stay.
