One of the features of the resort is the wealth of outdoor seating areas including the popular fire pit where you can enjoy food and drink ‘al fresco’. There are also regular nightly activities including the piper playing at sunset, honouring the Scottish tradition in Arizona. This dates back to the building of the railways in the Old West days.
Dining
There are several on-site dining options at the resort. Deseo is a Latin American inspired restaurant serving dinner from 6-10pm daily. Nellie Cashman’s offers a wide variety of cuisines serving breakfast, lunch and dinner while the Brittlebrush Bar & Grill is a British style gastro pub which serves a number of local specialty foods and ales.
Also, there is the western saloon style Waltz & Weiser Whiskey Bar and Cantina which specialises in tequilas, whiskeys and offers an upscale bar and appetiser menu. If that isn’t enough then you can also enjoy J. Swillings Pool Bar & Grill, The Rim Lobby Lounge and Coffee Flats and Snowbowls.
24 hour in room dining is also available on request.
Golf
The on-site 27 hole golf facility is designed to provide guests with a gentle test of golf, perhaps perfect for an extra 9 or 18 holes late in the day. For a more serious challenge we recommend one of our featured desert style courses many of which are within a 20 minute drive of the resort.
